A juicy, slow, spacious yoga experience

As we transition into the colder, darker part of the year, this series will offer weekly guidance to slow down, stretch, and re connect with your physical body after a busy summer season

Schedule & Class Themes

Intended to be a multi-week body scan, each class will be focused on particular area of the physical body. The series will kick off with an optional group call to check in and set intentions. Classes will be held on Thursday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm CST.

  • Oct 5 - INTENTION SETTING (group reflection)

  • Oct 6 - HEAD

  • Oct 13 - HEART

  • Oct 20 - BACK

  • Oct 27 - BELLY

  • Nov 3 - HIPS

  • Nov 10 - LEGS

  • Nov 17 - FULL BODY

    hosted thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm cst, you can take class from anywhere! set your space up to be cozy & comfortable and prepare to melt.

  • lifetime access to class replays

    each live class will be uploaded into the course dashboard and will be yours to keep! you can return to these practices whenever and however you need in the future

  • live call for reflection & intention setting

    i will host a 60 min group call before the series starts to ground, reflect, and set intentions for the coming season.
